By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.



2. Products & Orders



  • All products are intended for personal use only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, limited stock, or incorrect pricing).
  • Product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Our perfume oils are hand-filled in small batches; minor variations in scent or appearance are normal and part of their handcrafted nature.




3. Payment



Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved payment providers.

We do not store your full payment information.



4. Shipping & Delivery



Orders ship free within the United States.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses.



5. Returns & Refunds

As each fragrance is hand-poured with care, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference.

Due to hygiene regulations and safety standards, returned perfumes cannot be resold and are therefore ineligible for return or exchange.

 

We appreciate your understanding and support of our small-batch process.

 

6. Intellectual Property



All content, branding, and imagery on Éthesol.com are the exclusive property of Éthesol LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.



7. Limitation of Liability



Éthesol shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
